I have always been jealous of those that have this skill, mostly because it implies they have an amount of coordination that I lack. But despite this desire to learn, I had never taken the time to do so. Learning how to juggle has been one of those things on my "to-do-list" that never gets crossed off. It seemed to be too insurmountable of a task.
I decided that it was time to change that. Today, my long time co-worker, Heidi Waibel, showcased one of her many talents in an effort to help me with this blog. (And sorry, it's not going to be chainsaws...we'll build to that...)
So clearly, I am going to need a lot of practice to get this skill down pat. I'm committed to practicing, however, so check back at the end of the month to see my progress!
Other things I learned/looked up today:
1) A barista can refer to both a female OR a male coffee server. (Thanks to both Jason Guest and Marybeth May for letting me in on this answer!)
2) I am not a fan of the Polar Vortex (personal research)
